Abstract:

In this CEU, you will learn how about similarities and distinctions as you pursue providing treatment from a clinical behavior analytic perspective. The 1-hour live event will provide information on the following topics: understanding the overlap and lines in practice, legality, and scope. Afterwards, the webinar will be available on-demand within 48 hours.

Learning Objectives:

1. The clinician will be able to name an issue relevant to the role of 'scope' and supervision in pursuing a path towards Clinical Behavior Analytic practice.
2. The clinician will be able to name an issue related to the legality of practicing as a Clinical Behavior Analyst related to their particular licensure(s).
3. The clinician will be able to name sources where they can learn more about how to determine any limits of their practice determined by variations in state laws or regulations.
